Dear Hillsboro High School Community:

It is with great pride and enthusiasm that I introduce myself as the new principal of Hillsboro High School. I am honored to join a school community known for its dedication to academic excellence, strong traditions, and commitment to student growth and success.

With a background in education that includes teaching fourth grade at Beckemeyer and then assistant principal at our Hillsboro Jr. HIgh School, I am passionate about fostering a school culture where every student feels valued, challenged, and supported. I believe in creating an environment that encourages curiosity, resilience, and respect—both in and out of the classroom.

As we begin this school year together, my goals are to build strong partnerships with families, support our outstanding educators, and ensure every student has the tools and opportunities they need to thrive. Whether it’s through academics, athletics, fine arts, or extracurriculars, I believe Hillsboro High School can be a place where every student finds their passion and purpose.

Communication and collaboration will be key to our success. I encourage you to reach out with any questions, ideas, or concerns as we navigate the year together. I am here to listen, to learn, and to lead with integrity and compassion.
